Requirements
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across HVAC and industrial segments
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals
- Develop and present customized technical-commercial proposals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and internal sales teams
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and growth strategy definition
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and partnerships
