Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Italian market by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, particularly within the HVAC sector and other high-potential non-automotive industries.

Requirements

  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across HVAC and industrial segments
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals
  • Develop and present customized technical-commercial proposals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and internal sales teams
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and growth strategy definition
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and partnerships
