Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Prospect new business at small to medium sized retailers to utilize Koalafi’s lease-to-own payment option. Build and manage a full pipeline of merchant partners from first contact through onboarding, and meet or exceed established KPIs, sales budgets and strategic goals as part of a high-performance sales team.

What You Will Do

Make high volume outbound calls, handle inbound calls, deliver sales presentations, and onboard new retail partners. Follow Koalafi’s established sales process and prioritize activity to maximize results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer contact experience
  • Competitive, Driven, Motivated, Entrepreneurial
  • Active listener with the ability to engage
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
