Role Overview

The District Manager plays a critical role in driving operational success and delivering impactful results by overseeing and guiding sales representatives in their designated region. This position requires effective leadership, coaching, and communication skills to drive high-performance levels and achieve direct profitability in the region.

The successful candidate will analyze sales performance data, recognize recruitment store needs, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They will also cultivate enthusiasm for the product lineup through expertise and advocacy for the brand.
