About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Sales Process to support sales operations, customer coordination, order management and reporting activities.

Your Remit

• Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Support quotations, customer enquiries and order processing.
• Track order confirmations, deliveries, changes and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain customer pricing, contracts and sales documentation.
• Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance and other internal teams.
• Support customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with lead management and sales-related activities, including exhibitions and events.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 2 -4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales operations or order management preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM tools and MS Excel; SAP exposure is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to an industrial, engineering or technical sales environment is an advantage.
