We are seeking a strong Business Development Manager to manage key accounts and identify, develop, and secure large-scale service contract opportunities. You will work closely with customers to analyse assets, propose tailored solutions, and lead tendering processes. The role is based in Melbourne office.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience business development, account management, or sales
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or a related technical industry preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex selling processes and articulate value-based solutions
