Role Overview
The NBS Offering Support is responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, release updates, and issue resolution across KANZ sales and digital tools.
What You Will Do
Execute sales tools updates, support end-to-end KTOC pricing testing, coordinate release readiness activities, perform UAT, and validate pricing outputs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
3-4 yrs of experience with KTOC, KONE Studio, and Power BI is required. Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and solid data management skills are essential.
