Sales Consultant / Account Manager

At KONE, we bring buildings to life. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant / Account Manager for our Canberra business. You will be in an autonomous position, driving the sales growth for the Service business within the region. Your success in the role will ultimately be measured by the loyalty of the customers you are accountable for, maximizing revenue and growing our customer base across the region.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven success in account management, sales management or business development role
  • Lift Industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Technical sales experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels
  • Proactive sales approach & customer focus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset
