Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years in HR Operations / People Operations
- Experience with Workday and Google Workspace
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset
