Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst tracks expenditures against budget, monitors general ledger account performance, and reconciles variances, while leading budgeting, P&L and cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling efforts.
What You Will Do
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly and/or quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans; analyze monthly financial results, identifying key drivers of variance versus budget and forecast, and communicate findings to leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, corporate accounting, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate finance fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal partners, vendors, suppliers, and customers; strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process- and metrics-driven, with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Ability to identify errors and issues and recommend process improvements or corrective action
