We are seeking a People Operations Analyst to join the internal People Operations team at Kopius, supporting our U.S. business across our Atlanta and Washington offices. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and excels at building structured reporting frameworks that drive decision-making.

  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process-oriented, structured, and comfortable building systems and workflows from scratch
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Thrives in collaborative, multicultural teams while maintaining strong individual ownership
  • Strong sense of accountability and discretion handling confidential information
