We are looking for a Founders Associate to work directly with our Founder & CEO on strategy, finance and operations topics. The role involves leading GTM & strategic projects end to end with real responsibility, and the successful candidate will have a strong academic background in business, management, economics, or a related field, and experience in fast-paced environments such as a startup, consulting, or venture capital.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in business, management, economics, or a related field
- Early-career generalist and future founder
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as a startup, consulting, or venture capital
- Fluency in German and English
- Pragmatic and hands-on, with a focus on what the business needs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
