Operations Team Member-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Trade Finance Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Trade Finance Operations team within the Wholesale Banking Group.

Requirements

• Handle day-to-day trade transactions and understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with CPC for transaction processing and discrepancy resolution.
• Liaise with various business groups within the bank for operational support.
• Ensure error-free and timely execution of trade transactions.
• Adhere to compliance and internal operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients and correspondent banks to resolve queries raised by Trade Finance/CMS Operations.
• Issue Letters of Credit and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct initial scrutiny of trade documents before forwarding to CPC for processing.
• Attend to front-end requirements of corporate customers.
• Coordinate with CPC, CMS, and Clearing teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Ensure all transactions are processed within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
• Maintain familiarity with Trade Finance and CMS products.
