We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive quality business in the MSME segment, targeting Agri-related industries, food processing units, and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in multiple languages and a deep understanding of working capital finance, balance sheet analysis, and property/legal aspects of mortgage lending.
Requirements
- Source working capital loan facilities for Agri-related and MSME industries
- Ensure quality and size of business through effective lead generation and conversion
- Achieve a minimum of 3 new cases per month and meet at least 2 new leads daily
