Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager – TFE to lead retail sales initiatives in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment, enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch administration.
Requirements
- Enhance the deposit pool from customers through targeted acquisition and retention strategies
- Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offerings
- Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability
- Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service and establish service standards
- Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage productivity and morale of branch team members
- Take ownership of branch break-even and P&L performance
- Liaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for service enhancements and sales initiatives
- Ensure seamless coordination across all units involved in the customer service cycle to deliver customer delight
