Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for its Business Banking division to lead a team, drive sales, and manage client relationships.

Requirements

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospects through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team’s skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all sales activities.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote our business banking services.
