The Sales Manager – CASA is responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, and managing the overall performance and profitability of the branch.

Requirements

  • Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery.
  • Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings.
  • Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement.
  • Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
  • Manage productivity, performance, and morale of the branch team.
  • Take full ownership of the branch’s break-even and P&L performance.
  • Liaise with product, marketing, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
