Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Houston for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and overseeing sales strategies, managing lead generation activities, and optimizing sales operations. Key responsibilities include establishing strategic plans, executing sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and leading account management efforts to meet organizational revenue targets. Collaboration with leadership teams and alignment with company objectives will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and developing strategies to drive client acquisition
- Strong track record in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Comprehensive experience in Sales and implementing effective sales initiatives
- Skill in Strategic Planning and aligning revenue strategies with overall business goals
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including managing pipelines and streamlining processes to ensure efficiency
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or related industries is highly beneficial
