Backend Azure Data Engineers, Full-time job at KPMG to build required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources.
Requirements
- Proficient experience on designing, building, and operationalizing large-scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of Azure data and analytics services
- Working knowledge of at least one of Spark, PySpark, or Hive with fair exposure of Big Data
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal formal and informal)
- Azure Certification preferred
- Good to have Knowledge and experience in using Python for working with data and automating data processing workflows
- Minimum of 1+ years of designing and building production data pipelines from data ingestion to consumption within a hybrid big data architecture
- Experience using software version control tools (Git)
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
