Finance Lead, FP&A Commercial/FP&A Intelligence Finance

Role Overview

You will own the FP&A Intelligence capability within the Finance Capability & Technology, FP&A/Commercial pillar at Kraft Heinz. You will build the AI-powered analytics, automation, and agent layer that transforms how the company plans, forecasts, and reports.

What You Will Do

You will architect and own the FP&A Intelligence capability end-to-end, build and maintain AI agents tailored to FP&A workflows, automate the month-end close and forecast cycle, and own SAP/S4 and Snowflake data pipelines feeding FP&A analytics.

You will contribute architectural patterns and automation frameworks to the broader Finance AI roadmap, and partner with Commercial Intelligence Leads to ensure FP&A and commercial data are connected.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or data engineering
• hands-on experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform
• experience with Snowflake Cortex or LLM API
• ability to build automated analytics pipelines
• experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI
• experience with designing or deploying AI agents, copilots, or LLM-powered tools
• deep familiarity with SAP/S4 FP&A data structures
• understanding of FP&A mechanics
• ability to own a roadmap in a matrixed, fast-moving environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
