Kraken is a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. The company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst to join their Customer Success Beehive team and help scale customer success for the future of Kraken.

Requirements

  • Lead agile projects to launch new tools, dashboards, and workflows
  • Develop the set-up and usage of client management tooling and act as the business owner for core CS tools
  • Establish automated reporting and integrate it into current systems
  • Run workshops with Customer Success teams to understand needs and pain points
  • Create client-ready content for launching new initiatives
  • Support the growth and scaling of the Customer Success Practice across Kraken
