People Operations Specialist

Kraken is a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist/Lead to help build and scale our people infrastructure across regions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in high-growth or global environments.
• Strong understanding of HR systems – especially Hibob and ATS tools (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse).
• Basic knowledge of UK employment practices, with the ability to adapt and learn as needed.
• A people-first mindset with a knack for building efficient, scalable processes.
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with benefits administration and/or immigration processes is a plus.
