Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for regional sales and budget planning, implementing the national sales strategy in Baden-Württemberg independently. You will lead a team of eight regional sales managers and secure and increase the sales of our successful brands in the long term.
What You Will Do
Create reports, lead action recommendations, and identify success factors for the sales region. Manage regional key account customers through annual talks, listings, and action agreements.

Requirements
- Degree in economics or completed vocational training in retail with corresponding further education
- At least five years of experience in field sales of a beverage or brand article trade in the off-trade sector
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Good market and customer knowledge in Baden-Württemberg
- Self-employed and structured way of working, high level of commitment and hands-on mentality
