Role Overview

We are a leading manufacturer of wood-based boards with a 125-year history of success, looking for a Business Development Director Group Partner to support the Group Director and manage operational, optimization, and strategic projects.

What You Will Do

Independent management of projects, preparation of analyses and recommendations, data collection, and coordination of initiatives between departmental areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or technical/engineering fields with a business focus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role
• Experience in working in dispersed structures, multi-departmental or international environments
• Experience in project management
• Very good analytical skills
• Proficient knowledge of English (at least C1)
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
