Marketing Communications Manager – Extremities

Role Overview

The Marketing Communications Manager reports to the Marketing Communications Director and is primarily responsible for marketing communications supporting the Extremities business. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA, working in the office three days per week.

What You Will Do

This position requires a marketer who can think both strategically and execute with precision — owning campaign development from insight to execution, translating the business or customer problem defined by cross-functional leaders, writing creative briefs, aligning cross-functional partners, leading agency development, managing medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) approval, production, launch, and measuring results.

Success in this role requires both strong campaign judgment and hands-on execution across digital, email, social, events, sales tools, video, and print. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns, managing multiple integrated campaigns from strategic definition through MLR/approval, launch, field activation, and post-campaign performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of medical device experience in marketing communications, campaign development and management, healthcare marketing, medical device marketing, or a related commercial marketing role
  • Proven track record developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong project-management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in understanding and interfacing with HCPs and/or field sales organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Hands-on experience managing organic and paid social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Experience with Veeva or a comparable MLR/quality system and familiarity with medical-device or regulated-industry promotional review requirements
