Kustomer is a conversational CRM platform that empowers businesses to deliver personalized service to customers across any channel. We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to grow our business exponentially and drive sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota carrying sales experience targeting customers with 1,000-2,500+ employees
- Sold AI solutions to Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working at early stage growth startups
- Experience and technical savvy to conduct own demos as needed
- AI forward mindset both experience selling AI features and utilizing AI tooling to improve processes
- Experience selling to the CX buyer persona (preferred)
- Sold a Saas CRM solution in the past (preferred)
