Role Overview

The Marketing Analytics & Data Science Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing Kyndryl’s marketing measurement, audience intelligence, and predictive analytics capabilities.

This role combines deep analytical expertise with business acumen to solve complex marketing challenges through advanced analytics, attribution methodologies, predictive modeling, and audience insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, revenue operations, business analytics, or related analytical disciplines.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working across large and complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency with Python, R, or comparable analytical and visualization platforms.
• Experience developing predictive models, scoring methodologies, segmentation frameworks, or statistical analyses used in business decision making.
• Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, funnel measurement, and marketing performance evaluation.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, and digital measurement platforms.
• Ability to independently scope, lead, and deliver complex analytical projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI and machine learning techniques to automate analyses, accelerate insight generation, or improve business outcomes.
