Role Overview

As a CRM Business Enablement Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, IT, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics as Kyocera’s CRM platform. This position is responsible for driving user adoption and process consistency, while also helping shape how CRM supports Kyocera’s broader go-to-market strategy and sales methodology.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include championing the strategic adoption of Microsoft Dynamics, acting as a key stakeholder and internal advocate for the CRM ecosystem, and developing and delivering training, enablement, and communication plans to help sales teams fully leverage CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing-related field

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience developing training, enablement, or changing management programs that drive adoption of systems, tools, or methodologies
