As an Executive Director, Business Development, you will lead a team of Business Development Directors focused on Central Lab Services and drive sales performance.
What You Will Do
Achieve or exceed annual sales goals for the assigned team, manage and coach Business Development Directors, hire and develop diverse talent, assign accounts and territories, and deliver team sales performance against established targets.
