Part-Time Retail Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Sales Lead reports to a Store Manager and is instrumental in the achievement of business goals of sales, and service. The Sales Lead is a high performing member of the store team.

What You Will Do

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 1-year related retail experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales goals
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology
