Role Overview

The Sales Lead reports to a Store Manager and is instrumental in the achievement of business goals of sales, and service. The Sales Lead is a high performing member of the store team. The Sales Lead is a customer centered, friendly, attentive, productive, self-starter with a passion for retail.

What You Will Do

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 1-year related retail experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales goals
  • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
