Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Role Overview

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting while partnering with accounting to analyze financial results. The role provides broad exposure to the business and the opportunity to influence decisions at both strategic and operational levels.

The Manager will develop financial narratives, support executive-level presentations, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights that help leadership evaluate priorities, investments, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or a related area
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a complex, matrixed organization
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
