Lalamove is seeking a Senior People Operations Associate to support Compensation & Benefits, payroll administration, HR policies, and performance management for our Singapore operations. The role will act as the HR Business Partner for assigned business units, partnering closely with managers on people matters while owning key HR operational areas such as C&B, payroll, and policy governance.
