Role Overview
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing long-term advertising relationships, and utilizing professional sales techniques to grow Lamar advertising sales and relationships in the community. The role will involve a combination of in-office and field work, with a focus on developing new product knowledge and selling skills. The Sales Account Executive will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives and will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date records of clients and sales activity.
What You Will Do
The Sales Account Executive will perform a variety of tasks, including meeting and exceeding sales targets, targeting businesses in the assigned area, and visiting established Lamar clients and competitors’ clients. The role will also involve developing new product knowledge and selling skills, participating in sales meetings and regional meetings, and performing administrative duties such as maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and following up on client production orders.

Requirements
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
- College Degree preferred
- Previous Outdoor Advertising sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM experience preferred
