FP&A Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our financial strategy and supporting our growth across multiple business units.

Requirements

• Develop and own budgets, financial forecasts models as well as track actual performance to ensure achievement of strategic goals
• Act as sparring partner for the business units to support decision-making and drive performance
• Interpret financial data and trends, translating them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Support fundraising processes and investor reporting
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for process optimization
