Role Overview

Manage daily operations of sites within an assigned territory to ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients. Responsible for client and employee retention, crew productivity, and workplace safety.

What You Will Do

Serve as client point-of-contact for day-to-day site issues, conduct walk-throughs with clients, work closely with Field Supervisors and production staff, and ensure all services are performed according to contract specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture or Horticulture
  • 7 years related work experience
  • Commercial Pesticide Applicators License
  • Certified Landscape Technician (CLT)
  • Valid driver license
