Role Overview
The People Operations team is architecting the operating system for the team behind the agents. The role is responsible for making LangChain the best place to work by building foundational infrastructure across recruiting, global rewards, performance, and AI upskilling.
What You Will Do
Own onboarding end-to-end, run pre-boarding, run cohort day, drive the first 90 days support structure, be the front line during US hours, build the process, automate your own work.

Requirements
- 2–5 years in people operations, HR coordination, or onboarding at a high-growth tech company
- Hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)
- Working knowledge of I-9 and employment eligibility verification
