Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll oversee sales performance, operations, and talent strategy across multiple clinics. You’ll partner closely with Location Directors, Sales teams, Clinicians, HR, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth while maintaining brand excellence and operational discipline.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop Location Directors, ensure every clinic has strong, accountable leadership; partner with HR & Recruiting to hire, onboard, and retain top sales and clinical talent; align staffing, schedules, and labor utilization to patient demand and business goals.

Requirements
- 5+ years leading multiple locations in a sales-driven environment
- Strong background in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service
- Proven success driving KPIs, managing labor, and improving profitability
- Experience coaching leaders and scaling teams
- Data-driven, metrics-focused decision maker
- Confident communicator and motivating leader
- Comfortable being hands-on and leading by example
- Strong business acumen with operational discipline
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRM, analytics tools)
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
