Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management
- Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making
