Role Overview
As a Regional Business Developer, you will leverage connectivity across the firm for introductions to C-suite decision-makers across corporate America, with the purpose of raising awareness for the value that our services provide to both the company and its executives and employees.
What You Will Do
Partner with regional and national leadership to drive commercial success for the firm. Leverage your sales experience and operational background to help achieve profitable growth for the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7+ years of B2B/commercial sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of selling services and solutions to Fortune 1000, Forbes 250 and high growth/emerging growth organizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, exchanging ideas, and developing and managing timelines
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – proven ability to influence C-Suite decision makers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
- Commitment to excellence and a high degree of integrity
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
