Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or people operations, preferably within a fast-paced agency or tech environment
- Experience building strong relationships and identifying great talent with potential for growth
- Natural problem-solver who sees a gap in a process as an opportunity to build something better
- Work well in a team environment but also thrive as an independent contributor delivering consistent, reliable results
- Lead with a service-oriented mindset and care deeply about the employee experience
