The Prime Contract Management Office (PCMO) Manager is responsible for managing multiple distinct contract management functions and leading all prime contract matters for the Laboratory.

Requirements

• Serve as the Laboratory lead for all prime contract matters
• Lead and execute frequently with Laboratory staff on issues of cost allowability, reasonableness, and allocability
• Oversee the management and operation of the Laboratory’s Impact Analysis process
• Manage the Strategic Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan tracking system (PEMPStat)
• Lead the assembly and delivery of semi-annual Laboratory performance reports
• Represent the Laboratory on the Board of Governors’ Nominations and Compensation Committee
• Develop and establish policies within the managed functional area
