The Sales Manager is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on position that will work closely with senior management to develop, establish, and maintain sales strategies to increase sales for all Léal properties. The Sales Manager responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of various strategies and action plans to actively and aggressively solicit sales for the property.
Requirements
- Assist in the implementation of various strategies and action plans to actively and aggressively solicit sales for the property.
- Prospect from various leads sources, timely follow-up, preparing estimates and proposals, contract negotiations, and involvement in local and regional wedding fairs.
- Conduct periodic market research to provide information essential for revising current wedding collateral and packages, which will enhance the Leal portfolio’s competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of potential and secured accounts, bookings, client requests, and specifications in PipeDrive CRM.
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff responsible for event coordination and execution including coordinators, banquet servers, bartenders, and custodial staff.
