Role Overview
The Business Development Operations Coordinator supports the Business Development team by owning systems, data, and vendor infrastructure. This role serves as the team’s day-to-day administrator for the BD tool stack, maintaining data integrity, managing lead flow, and producing reporting that informs executive decision-making.
What You Will Do
Serve as the team’s primary administrator for the BD CRM and marketing automation platforms, manage lead flow and assignment rules, coordinate data gathered across market intelligence and analytics platforms, and produce executive reporting for the business unit.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business development support, CRM administration, or a related role
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Experience working with sales and marketing enablement tools
- Proficiency with business analytics tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience managing vendor relationships or contract renewals preferred
- Knowledge of the childcare industry or related experience preferred but not required
