Role Overview

Join the Data Team at Ledger, responsible for turning data into actionable insights and recommendations for consumer sales and marketing operations across all channels. The team is dedicated to making self-custody accessible and giving people the keys to their own financial futures.

What You Will Do

As an Analytics Engineer, you will own analytics across the full consumer sales scope, develop and improve data models, build and maintain Tableau dashboards, measure performance marketing channels, and model customer value.

We’re looking for a data-driven and business-oriented individual with strong SQL and dbt skills, experience with causal inference methods, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to challenge stakeholders’ methodology and deliver clear recommendations for stakeholders up to ExCom level.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and dbt skills (Snowflake)
  • Python for analysis and statistics; experience with causal inference methods is a strong plus
  • Strong Tableau skills
  • Familiarity with marketing/web analytics data: GA4, ad platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads), affiliation networks
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics/analytics engineering
  • Data driven and business oriented; able to challenge stakeholders’ methodology
  • Excellent organizational skills, fluent in English
