Legal Consultant – M&A

We are currently seeking lawyers with M&A experience to join us and support our global clients in Hong Kong, including reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents, advising on corporate structuring and compliance, and coordinating due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE advising on M&A/PE from law firm or in-house
• Fluent in English, Chinese skills are advantageous
• PRC related cross-border M&A experience is advantageous
