Role Overview

Legion Health is a healthcare company that uses AI to deliver fast, affordable, and world-class healthcare. The Growth Designer will create a coherent experience from first impression to patient conversion.

What You Will Do

The Growth Designer will develop paid-creative strategies, design high-quality ad variants, and improve Legion’s visual brand across growth surfaces.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio with beautiful homepages or landing pages, intuitive web flows, and brand or growth creative
• Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and brand systems
• Experience turning an audience insight or growth brief into multiple creative concepts and testable variants
• Fluency in Figma, experience with Framer, Webflow, motion, creator or UGC briefs, or direct-response creative
• Comfort using qualitative feedback and quantitative performance data to improve work without reducing every design decision to a single metric
• Demonstrated use of AI-native creative and design tools to materially improve the speed, range, or quality of real work
• Clear writing, low ego, high ownership, and strong asynchronous collaboration
