Lemonade is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead revenue growth through partnerships, working closely with leadership stakeholders to define and execute a multi-year growth strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of signing impactful deals, building new growth channels, and leading go-to-market efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market, ideally within Insurance or Fintech space
- 2-3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing, efficient teams
- A strong track record of delivering tangible, quantifiable results and consistently achieving ambitious growth targets
- Expert ability to manage complex, multi-faceted partnership negotiations and lead initiatives from initial conception through to full delivery
- Comfortable working with and influencing senior leaders (VP and C-level) both internally and externally
- MBA or Advanced Degree, a plus
