We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to run and continuously improve our People Operations backbone, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle, and partnering with various teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of People Operations experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up
- Fluency in German (C1) and comfort working in English
- Hands-on experience working with German labour law in a People Operations context
- Experience administering a People system (ideally Personio)
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
