Senior Product Manager (CRM & Growth)

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager for CRM & Growth will own the products and systems that shape how customers hear from Lendable across their lifecycle, from first interaction through to retention and reactivation. The role requires strong product management fundamentals, excellent prioritisation, and a track record of owning measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, or revenue.

What You Will Do

The Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap and outcomes for our CRM and lifecycle product, prioritise a pipeline of competing opportunities, take products and channel improvements from problem definition through to launch and iteration, and run an experimentation programme.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in product management, with substantial experience in CRM, lifecycle, messaging, or growth for a consumer product at meaningful scale. They will also have strong SQL and analytical skills, and experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
