Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, North America Sales Operations (Corporate) is a critical leadership role within Lenovo’s North America sales organization, serving as a strategic partner, the NA Corporate Sales Leader. This individual will shape regional strategy, drive insights-based decision-making, and elevate operational execution across Corporate Sales.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of strategic acumen, analytical capability, and high executive presence; someone who can influence senior leaders, guide the business, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the NA Corporate Sales Leader, providing data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead a team of five across the U.S., Canada, and Argentina, ensuring alignment with NA sales priorities and One Lenovo initiatives.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive GTM execution, pipeline health, revenue performance, and operational rigor.
  • Deliver high-quality executive-level communication, reporting, and business readouts.
  • Translate business trends and performance analytics into actionable strategies.
  • Support annual planning, target-setting, and progress tracking for the NA Corporate segment.
  • Ensure strong operational discipline across the business, including funnel management, territory analytics, and strategic account insights.
  • Represent Corporate Sales in leadership forums, cross-geo alignment discussions, and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, corporate sales leadership, or related functions within technology, hardware, or complex enterprise environments.
  • Onsite availability in Morrisville, NC (role is not remote). Hybrid schedule 3/2

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience delivering insights and strategy to senior executives, with strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive high-performance results.
  • Strong analytical capability, including comfort with data tools, sales reporting platforms, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in PC, hardware, or technology industry sales organizations.
  • Previous leadership experience supporting North American enterprise or corporate sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Lenovo’s organizational structure, systems, and GTM motions.
  • Strategic planning experience (annual cycles, revenue planning, target allocation).
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders across multiple functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain).
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
